My Role and Responsibilities: Led strategic direction, messaging refinement, and creative briefing to transform the brochure from a static reference piece into a modular, member-first engagement tool.

Objective: Streamline and modernize the brochure to better support staff in guiding conversations around deposit products, lending, and investment services—creating an easier path to member conversions.

Results:

  • 72% decrease in printing and fulfillment costs
  • 10% of monthly growth contributed to new brochure singularly
